Returns & Exchanges

At HUHA™, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original HUHA™ packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
